JIREVASTO / CREW MANIFEST

Three companions.
One open log.

The harbour is invented. The pleasure of good company is the thread that holds it together.

01 / NELL

Notices the light.

She keeps the harbour log, though not always in the order events occurred. A colour, a pause or an unfinished sentence can matter more to her than the distance travelled.

Nell leaves space when a description has not yet earned its place. The next journey usually fills it.

02 / ELI

Remembers the boats.

Practical, optimistic and occasionally defeated by a knot. Every old boat improves a little in his telling; his best stories acquire their shape when Nell asks an unexpected question.

03 / PIP

Understands a pause.

The dog is not a narrator, but his priorities are sound: a dry patch, familiar company and a quiet place to rest.
