The saved note includes your name, email, selected subject, message, consent and optional story title. A reference and receipt time are added. The note remains private and does not appear in a public review feed.
Review and retention
The information supports reading the response and possible related replies. Records remain until manual removal, without an automatic expiry schedule. Submission neither subscribes you to updates nor sends an automated confirmation email.
Reading and technical data
The local shelf stores story identifiers on your device. Searches and filters remain temporary interface state. Short-term rate limiting uses a hashed network identifier; ordinary hosting logs may also exist. No third-party advertising or analytics code is loaded.
Your request about a record
Contact the site using the original reply email and receipt reference if possible. Specify access, amendment or deletion. Proportionate verification may be needed before releasing or altering personal information.
